Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol!
Fruit and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals so try to include these daily at breakfast, whether that be a banana or glass of fruit juice.
Breakfast also restores glucose levels, an essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. Many studies have shown how eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as it can improve mood and lower stress levels.
Various studies have shown that exercise can create new brain cells—boosts brainpower, and improves overall brain performance.Regular exercise increases oxygen-rich blood flow to the brain and increases our ability to concentrate.
Regular physical activity boosts memory and increases ability to learn new things.Studies also suggest that a tough workout increases levels of a brain-derived protein in the body, which is believed to help with decision making, higher thinking, and learning.The parts of the brain that control thinking and memory have greater volume in people who exercise compared with people who do not.
Regular exercise refreshes the body and mind which in turn enhances our creative thinking. Exercise ensures successful brain function and increase the brain plasticity.
Sleeping is an integral part of our life.Our body mechanism requires a proper amount of sleep,especially at night.Sleep serves to re-energize the body cells,clear waste from the brain and support learning .

Our body uses 2 liters of water on daily basis through daily activities,including even while breathing according to a research .On an average, we are required to drink 2.5 liters of water on daily basis.
Water gives the brain electrical energy to conduct every activity. Water helps deliver nutrients to the brain and removes toxins.We will be able to think faster, be more focused and more creative if our brain gets full reserve of water.Lack of water enhances brain dysfunction.
Dehydration causes our brain shut down and prevent working to the fullest.In fact, a dry brain is less efficient brain.Research shows that dehydration causes higher salt levels in the blood which in turn raises blood pressure and stress.
Do not wait until you are thirsty. You are already dehydrated if you feel thirsty.
Write the things you already have and express your gratitude. You should be grateful for the most advanced biological body that you have inherited —you should be grateful for your brain which is superior than any advanced super computer — you should be grateful for the air,water and light that you get for nothing. When you are gratitude, you trigger your happy chemicals which in turn boost your happiness.

Anger kills us.Never try to control a situation by manifesting your rage.Your anger can control situation for a while, but gradually you lose control over the things if you demonstrate your anger constantly.
If you want to make your children submissive showing your authority over and over again, you will eventually lose every control over your children forever.
Anger destroys our inner peace.Anger shows our inability.Anger proves our helplessness.
